I agree. I heard Alan Keyes say that, and really thought Bush should have acknowledged more of what Keyes said. Even though I will vote for him, he is way too moderate in my estimation. I, as a white male, however, in our FREE country, am branded a bigot by the left for stating the truth that you provided in your post. I think Cal Thomas wrote an interesting editorial in the Orlando Sentinel this morning. If he is syndicated in your paper, it is worth reading.knc

I agree with you on this issue......with more people working and hopefully a raise in the minimum wage, there will be less dependence on welfare....Clinton created 23 million new jobs to help get people off welfare.
