re:would this not mean that in a few months Intel will be so far behind that it will not even be funny (even to the AMD investor :)? In a few months, intel will have the fastest desktop chip with P4 & the marketing to go with it. don't be fooled by a few anti-Intel sites running selected benchmarks on pre-production silicon. Joey

TG-a: I see MU is taking it on the chin this AM...down $8.00 No doubt analysts are in disarray...AMD to post 4th successive record breaking quarter and not one analyst seems to understand the significance...that being, there is a new microprocessor king in the marketplace...Oh well, look at it as yet another opportunity to buy AMD on the cheap!!!
