That's the problem, Charley, they've GOT power. While these were heads of state of four European countries, I wonder how far away Canada and Australia could be. Or, for that matter, Algore.

Like any such scheme, once the major power brokers lay out an agenda like this, the minor powers (like Russia, maybe?) and disenfranchized (Third World) can become an integral part of it.

But then, I'm paranoid. I must be, right?
