You talk about the government as though it is a business venture that is supposed to be a lucrative enterprise for bureaucrats. It is only necessary to provide funding to the extent needed to fulfill the purposes assigned to government by the constitution. Time to tell Mr and Mrs Howell to get some real jobs....Gilligan too.
