Probably. But Rambus will likely give favorable licensing terms to Intel, given that they need Intel to continue pushing RDRAM even into 2002 and beyond.

This is the kind of favoritism that makes anti-Rambus parties like Micron cry, "Anti-trust violation!"

Just a matter of time before everyone realizes it.
However, FUDsters will keep up the BS even after Infineon signs, Samsung signs, all the way until MU signs dead last.

Then they will grumble about the legal system for allowing it to happen. LOL
