The government built the space shuttle, if you truly understood Government contracting. I'm tired of this BS that the government is a saint and that private industry is criminal. I'll follow up on the example that we should have less privatization. The USSR had no privatization of business, if thats what you socialist want! They gave us the Chernoble nuclear disaster and 100's of square miles laid to waste in the 50's that are still inexcessable, and who knows how many lives lost for the sake of government control. Not to mention the most inefficient distribution systems that still carry over to today.

Yes private businesses make mistakes, but you guy's whine like a fleet of 747's as you sit there typing away on desktops developed by private industry. You hypocrits probably drive to work in your nice cars, developed by private industry, all by yourselves w/o carpooling or taking a bus and consume gasoline explored for by private industry. But no, you guys want us to believe that a more socialistic society will give us better services! What a bunch of huey!
