Gary, when I read that story about Elan, and that CSFB analyst sued because of defamation, I thought we are living in Iraq. We can call some adjectives even to Clinton and not getting sued. what happens to the first amendment?

Is the case still pending or is it over with? I am behind you 100%. CSFB: is it that Swiss culture that allow its analyst to sue, making the company the laughing stock of the investment community?

Motley Fool? there is the group that does not know how to limit its loss: they reason that they bought it cheap, yet they miss selling amzn at much higher price. How about Iomega? Things change, but MF does not want to move on. Unfortunately they have many blind followers.

Gary,

We discussed the CSFB suit here. I mentioned that someone was getting sued for calling an analyst an idiot. I think everyone felt the suit was ridiculous.

"Idiot" is pretty nice versus some of the terms I've heard used to describe analysts. Salespeople, brokers, investment bankers and lawyers are not nearly as kind some of the time.

Gary, I hope you win the "idiot" suit. It seems that filing a suit like that is prima facia evidence of idiocy.
