Flash memory will be affected by a downturn in the memory market in 2002,
Semico Research Corp. predicts. Speaking at todays Semico Forecast
Workshop 2000 in Santa Clara, Calif., analyst Rich Wawrzyniak foresees
demand for flash memory rapidly increasing, despite predicting a dip in the
