Yes, it does look promising...

I'm hoping that this morning's action represented a "hammer" on the candlesticks and that we'll close above $4 today.

bigcharts.com

I think our downside is now $3 1/2 on the 50 DMA and we should continue to build upward from there. But we probably need a higher pop upward before that 50 DMA turns it's nose to the sky. We also may require a nasty dive downward in order the shake out that overbought indicator on both the Williams% and DMI.

It will take a bit of time, but I think we'll be higher by the end of the month than where we are right now.

Regards,

Ron

Rising Bottom Pattern...
**************************
The primary trend is still up...

The New Highs continue to outpace the New Lows on on both the Nasdaq and NYSE... finance.yahoo.com

In mid July the NDX had 2 down days followed by an up day similar to today...
bigcharts.com

It then proceeded down to the 3500 area where it based and started its current upleg... The good news is that the 3500 basing area was higher than the previous 3000 basing area in May... This is what rising trends are made of, rising bases...

If the NDX should reverse down again, it is very important that it base above the 3500 area... Using 3750 as an example of support would set up a rising pattern of bases, 3000, 3500, and 3750... It would confirm the interim term upleg we are in... Why use 3750? Because that's where the trendline connecting the May and July points to...

Hey James....

Do you think the fact that CORL is in the Top Ten offerings for O/S's on ZDNET might help to continue the uptrend??

computershopper.zdnet.com

Note that this is the first time that CORL has EVER competed with MSFT in the O/S arena, and that CORL is the only LINUX O/S that made the list..

And we closed above $4 today so that is encouraging, but we're slightly overbought and roll over on the stochastics yesterday..... Could be some volatile trading to come with some large swings in price, but I think the uptrend remains intact.

Looks interesting!!

Ciao...
