Hi Peace,

I only saw one message of that sort at YaHoo last night. But I guess there will be more impatience the longer it takes us to get profits.

My opinion is similar to yours, besides I think the CFO Mohr was forced out as a result of the Preferred financing deal. If I were a licensee developer of RMTR's and they had a shareholder pushed house cleaning, I would begin to worry about abrupt changes in business plan and possible realignment in the DRAM Wars.

As I see it RMTR is positioned to be competitive no matter what the outcome of the IP dispute over SDRAM/DDR may be. We've got as good a chance as anyone, and better than most, for competing head to head against RMBS or being part of a redesign to avoid its IP claims. Few would probably agree with me but I think we might even be better off in a world where RMBS owns IP for SDRAM/DDR than we would be without it.

But if we change management we change "agendas" and I see absolutely no sense in contemplating that right now.

With their JEDEC positioning [in both DRAM and SRAM] we stand to clean up as long as the Infineon deal isn't dumped and we just let the EE's do their thing. Its as close as we've been to a sure thing for years.

But everyone has to decide for themselves. Looks like I may have been too patient on waiting for a sub $13 buy. I'll hang on a while longer but may put the rest of my cash into ATMI, NZYM, and/or AMD. I don't have a good understanding of CY's business markets yet but I am looking at them too.

But I don't want to buy RMTR over $13 until I know how the year end financing goes.
