Is this a real business? This is a serious question. I just read most of the Annual Report, and wonder if this is just a smoke screen to pay the "Fund" and to give away low-priced warrants to them and others. When they had $5 warrants with a price adjustment provision, and issued stock options to management at $2.25 they had to lower the exercise price of about 900,000 warrants to the same $2.25. The give-aways to management and the "Fund" are incredible. Not to mention the RACOM fiasco. Interesting reading, and interesting how this can be done in broad daylight.
