As a result, for the first time since the Company's inception, half a million dollars in revenues will be generated during the first quarter of 2000, with the potential of an additional twelve million in revenues to follow. This was generated by a distribution agreement signed between Imaging Diagnostic Systems and Cycle of Life Technologies. Cycle of Life Technologies is a division of INTRACOR Inc.
