Allan - I have a study on QC:PUTCALL and also use MA's.
My line chart is light grey.

What I am looking for is to put a Stoch or a ROC on the MA's. (ROC on the PCR seems more valuable as the raw MA levels). I use 10 and 21 DMA's, with buy and sell levels of 0.4 and 0.55 (when both 10DMA and 21 DMA re-enter the .4-.55 band).

If I apply those 10 and 21 DMA on the PUTCALLVAL, I see a very close correlation with the top and throughs of the OEX. Though, I miss some intermediary bottoms.

PUTCALL also has false signals anyway.

Which are your settings? 10 & 21 DMA on the verge to crossover today seems to indicate a temporary bottom on the OEX.
