I shall not disagree. Think we can all agree to disagree then , that perhaps christian doctrine needs some re~thinking then that----------> all men are born with Sin....unborn child and newborn? Or you/we need to define what is meant by "Innocence"? ...and you go on to say: "I can hate some person yet advocate for the protection of innocent creatures" Can I assume that you do advocate the protection from murder those life forms other than human ? Or just unborn children? For we are a society waste deep in Killing 10's of millions of creatures everyday , and there are World religions that do base there sole premise on that issue of not bring harm or Kill other living things , as an expression of higher conciousness, and sentient beings. You are surrounded by death everytime you walk into a Safeway.. Perhaps it is time to have our society at large look more deeply into what it needs to sustain itself Mind , body and spirit. "I am in favor of animal rights as well as human rights. The protection of animal rights is the way of the complete human being " ....Abe Lincoln *If you are going to make a cause for the protection of Innocent Creatures , you might look deeper and take it to it's farthest conclusion within the realm of logic, conscience and ---->the ability to despise injustice and the people who commit heinous and evil crimes. We all live by the killing of animals , as much or more than did the caveman.**Yet I am a little amazed at the fight of decades past, toward the education/ideas of Birth Control ...but some would rant & dictate that it is immoral to do so, but would save us countless instances from the horrible dilemna of abortion. So easy to moralize....<ggg> Time to grow up, America....and get civilized. I'm sure Prolife enjoyed his BBQ ribs today...LOL, Good for his cholesterol !
