I don't think SDLI is guilty of this practice in their pro-forma earnings, although I remember one enthusiastic analyst explained that the latest Q's pro forma woulda been 36 cents if they'd backed out the 2.7 mil or whatever of options-related payroll tax.



That's a significant amount considering they reported .33. I've never known SDL not to be conservative and if they do make changes to how they report, I'm sure we'll get fair warning.
