Hi BJ, Glad to hear the move went okay. Once in a while I hear of bad experiences. I think it's hard on very active traders to make switches as they have anxiety attacks while their shares are in limbo.

Best regards, Tom

Hi, BJ
Glad to hear the switch went well. It has been my experience that something gets delayed it is because of red tape being used the broker you are leaving. When I had my business operating, if I couldn't help a customer, I found it beneficial to turn them on to someone who could. that way I would quite often have them return.
You will find the biggest difference between AMEX and Waterhouse when you call with a question or problem. the folks at AmEx are really much more helpful and knowledgeable.
