There's more. There's a new EPO divisional application for the "core"..... patent.womplex.ibm.com Priority and filed dates remain unchanged. I don't know what this means from a "procedural" stance, but I'm glad to see action. If anyone has patent-savvy friends, could you ask them to compare this....... patent.womplex.ibm.com with this........ patent.womplex.ibm.com I have not yet looked at claim language for EP1028315A2. Is this something that resulted from the search report that was published with the WO application? Does stuff like that happen?
