Fair enough Ice. Who knows when, if and by how much
valuations will change but as of today, shareholder
equity has nothing to do with it and it's the
shareholder equity on the balance sheet that's
impacted by share buybacks.

Dell's shareholder equity is 6.5B and the market cap
is 100B. That's a 94B disparity and Dell is far from
alone in these types of metrics. The entire stock
market works like this... this perverted scheme to
overely enrich employees is the same perverted scheme
that enriches shareholders and the vast majority of
the nation's 401k participants who are in equities.

If Dell is overly guilty then the whole ponzi scheme
stock market is guilty and the day of reckoning will
be a wholesale wipeout of just about everyone. I
don't think any of us wants to see that do we???

cheers...

MEATHEAD

Ice: This is one of the reasons why this stock is not moving, except when the kid is selling.
