Many references to Patricia and Troy Warren on the Maricopa Superior Court site. Can't tell exactly which are/if any the officers of the HOYT company. In time it can be sorted. Patricia Warren has been a salesperson for Coldwell Banker Real Estate, for several automobile dealerships and then for the yellow pages, both print media and internet media. She attended Lamar University. She is married to Troy Warren and is Duaine Warren's daughter-in-law. sec.gov

I have been looking at the HotYellow98.Com Officers HOTY thru Maricopa. At least some of the Maricopa listings can be attributed to Troy and/or Patricia of HotYellow98.Com. However, there are many Patricia A Warrens and Patricia Warrens listed. It would be terribly unfair to assume that all the listings of Patricia Warren are related to HotYellow98.Com, especially as some are quite serious. However, that being said, it would be interesting to actually know what is attributed and what is not. CUSIP No. 44148P 10 5 1. Names of Reporting Persons. Patricia A. Keep in mind that HITT did not say it "will" acquire HOTY, it said it "plans" to. After all the male bovine excrement of the past, I won't even consider believing anything this company says until it shows up on an audited SEC filing; even then I want to verify it for myself. Dorian says: "Hitsgalore.com is also in the process of increasing the number of its authorized shares and preparing to file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the acquisition." The "process" includes a shareholder vote. I don't think DR will do that. So I predict this plan will go the way of Foley, LFT, and just about every other forward looking statement this company has ever made.
