Tim,

>>As for sectors both the internet and telephone (includes >>equipment) are in bull alert (where they've come off a >>bottom) and would be bull confirmed (if they come back >>and print double top from this weeks pull back).

Some of these stocks are getting really over sold on the telecom side. On the other hand a few like ALA and ADCT still remain near 52 week highs. It is really quite a mixed bag right now, so stocks selection is more important than normal. On the positive side any kind of rally should push the hig flyer higher. Speaking of DSL, people forget ALA is the number one DSL supplier and they were looking for great things in DSL in North America this year. I will have to go back and listen to the CC from last Q. I did not hear it when it came out.

I am not sure what is driving the internet stocks except that they are technically grossly oversold. As a result I am not sure how long this rally lasts. The last 2 years the rally was due to the anticipated consumer spending on the B2C side for Christmas, but the numbers have indicated that this is not as profitable or a big as anticipated.

>>For the internets I still like CMRC (its on a breakout) >>and INSP. ENTU was also brought to my attention this >>weekend and may be worth a look.

Nice call on CMRC. What is your target or are you riding it till you get a 3 box reversal?

>In Telephone DSL I still like WSTL but I liked it @ $16 >>and its now broken $14 so you may be able to buy in @
>>$13. EFNT looks like the better play with GS & ML >>sponsorship.

I remember WSTL from the early volatile days when DSL was still an emerging standard. I am surprise no one has bought them out. I will look at EFNT. I have not followed them all that closely.

>>On the Gig ethernet don't forget MRVC is in this space
>>(Charlottes Web).

It looke like Charlottes Web should file for an IPO in November. As we get closer to the LUMN IPO and the follow on IPO ,MRVC should run again if the market stays stable.
A lot of traders have bailed on MRVC in the last few days. I will probably add on a further pull back.

The T's which I use are flashing an overbought state right now. The levels look exactly like the conditions when we tanked in March.

It never ceases to amaze me just how intelligent and well informed the people on this thread are. Good stuff in your post. I'm adding MRVC to the Gigabyte Ethernet List. Anyone know any of the others?

It sure looks like WSTL is gaining market share according to their press releases. I'm hoping the market turns around soon so lets hope we get a bounce from 3900 and don't head lower.
