Why should anyone bother to sue GATA or Cohen - it would merely give them publicity. Or Ted Butler for that matter -I believe he has or had a newsletter - it appeared that he was dying to be sued at one time. He has been strangely quiet of late - maybe someone fired a warning shot across his bows? If so why didn't he persist? The perpertators of libel so often say 'see, they haven't sued me, therefore I'm telling the truth!'
