Coffee Break from 9/17

Coffee Break from Steve Peacock:

Editor's Note: In our ongoing effort to keep our shareholders in the
communication loop at Peacock Financial, we're sending you this weekly memo
from Steve Peacock. If you do not wish to receive this, please hit "Reply"
and type "Unsubscribe" in the subject line and send it.

Good results from the trip! The purpose of the trip was to expand awareness
of Peacock Financial and to network with key contacts in Europe. Here's a
recap for you:

1. In addition to confirming the relationship with Spahn & Partners (Vienna)
with regard to taking over soccer operations from camps to the professional
teams and bringing in financing at the time of the rollup, we are now
exploring all the other synergies that exist between Peacock and Spahn.
International investment banking, capital raising, and expanding awareness
of Peacock throughout Europe are just a few of these areas.

2. In Milan, I met with representatives of one of the world's most powerful
and respected soccer organizations, InterMilan. As it turns out, they have
similar business philosophies with regard to giving back to the communities,
have current programs in South America, Africa, and China, and are looking
to have a presence in America. The meeting couldn't have gone better, and we
have been requested by Inter to prepare a formal proposal outlining how they
might become involved with our organization, Soccer Development Corp. of
America.

3. On the way home, I stopped in Atlanta and met with a new financing
source. This meeting also went well, and a financing agreement is on its
way to Peacock management for review. We are looking at several financing
opportunities and our focus is on the quality and integrity of the people,
not just the structure of the deal.

All in all, it was a trip to be remembered. It confirmed once again that
what we are trying to accomplish is achievable, and it provided a continued
expansion of our network into other parts of the world. I hope that you are
as pleased as I am.

Until next week,

Steve
