MRVC PRICE CYCLES: I have been pondering the information we recently received, suggesting that insiders might be in the process of unloading many millions of shares (either just did or about to do so). So I looked at the periods when the price action went through this segment (roughly $60-$80), based on closing prices: UP MOVES: Start @ End @$ Days Ave$ AveVolume Daily Feb 24 $57.71 Mar 2 84.96 6 +4.54 3,637,200 Jul 07 $61.93 Jul 20 75.85 9 +1.85 2,636,700 Aug 11 $60.43 Sep 01 80.37 15 +1.33 1,532,800 SO, on the up cycles, as time goes on the period of time to go through this roughly $20 price segment is: --getting longer --with a lower average gain per day DOWN CYCLES: Start @ End @$ Days Ave$ AveVolume Daily Mar 14 $79.18 Mar 20 $57.18 4 -5.55 4,122,950 Jul 20 $78.56 Jul 28 $58.50 6 -3.34 3,674,183 Sep 01 $80.37 Sep 08 $61.62 4 -4.69 2,742,706 So, on the down cycles, even though I expected last week to have huge volumes because of insider selling (was there any?) the volumes were lower than, for example in March. So, I would welcome other readers of the tea leaves who can prognosticate for me: -- are we suffering from massive insider selling, yet? -- or is it about to begin? -- or is it totally dependent on NAZ action?
