If you had any comments you could make publicly about Palm's 2001 product line-up that would be great.

I also read the Technology Investor write-up about PDA's and it is clear that Palm makes more money on selling their own hardware than they do on selling licenses for the Palm OS. Handspring is hurting Palm in this regard and has laid claim to a significant piece of Palm's market share.

In the final analysis I think it may boil down to how well a given OS can operate on mulitple platforms, most importantly cell phones. Thus, what the handset companies are doing is of critical importance to Palm shareholders, IMHO.

Do you have any thoughts as to what OS's are best suited for a hybrid PDA/cellphone device?
