So far no capitulation day. . . not many out there surrendering. . . then again, buying volume is weak, too. . . but this is still summertime, regardless of what the media says about Labor Day. Around 3:30pm got in VINA and FIBR for low float bounce. . . also EFCX. EDIT: We might see some capitulation yet! Just hit another low on tech stocks. That would actually be great. . . healthy for market. And V-Bottoms are my favorites types of bottoms, though they are quite difficult to buy.
