Big boys shake-out. Pisses me off but I'm holding through this BS. They're just looking for cheaper shares. Darkest before dawn as they say. Wish I had cash to buy here. Unfortunately I hold LU and didn't pick that bottom right but otherwise just looks like a blow-out climactic sell-off.

Capitulation would be fast and least painful but I wouldn't rule out further declines in those issues that became short term overbought by the end of August. Lots of our picks were up 25-100% in one month alone; this consolidation phase is ideal for position traders...sit back and wait or buy the ones that are just starting new upmoves (KEYN and SCNT, for example)--MK--

Rande-- Don't really understand how Friday 9/1 was Day one of the ML. Friday was the top of the rally. Can you elucidate? Did the ML start after the morning gap up on 9/1 according to your analysis? I am concerned about events overtaking any kind of technical bounce. One is the rally in energy on the OPEC news. This has to worry investors in tech. Also, the continuation of the strength of financials. This is where the money seems to be going. Finally, there is always the possibility of downgrades or warnings each morning this time of year. Although your indicator of the rarity of a 7DML is important. I feel that these indicators are also hard to ignore. Thanks
