T2, might be good to have some never rules: Like never sell a stock that's hitting support on the weekly chart, oversold on the daily, oversold on the hourly. NT and JDSU are 2 examples.

There's a saying on the street, if you're yelling, you should be selling. If you're crying, you should be buying.
These are definitely crying times.

My money goes to (in this order) NT, SDLI, JDSU, CIEN, GLW.
I especially like NT which always has a tendency to consolidate with a downward drift for a couple of months, then takeoff like a rocket. Plus the fact that at 20X it's optical business of $10 billion, market cap should be $200 Billion. Its about $190 billion now, so you get the red hot fiber optic business plus the wireless, high speed access for free.
