Well, we got more folks looking at the Nasdaq and recognizing the manipulative moves than ever before. . . and that is good.

And today, everyone had their own opinion on which fuel cells were the best companies, which were the real thing and which were the biggest money making momos. And that too is good.

Best wishes for tomorrow,

. . . I smell a bear trap this morning. . . .

One thing that needs explored in our ongoing Margin Liquidation study. . .is that the rally that leads into them appears to be contrived. The morning is "allowed" to gap up . . . and on the silliest of stocks. . .not CSCO, INTC, PMCS or AMCC, but rather on GMGC, BYND, KOOP and KTEL. That is interesting. But of perhaps more importance is which stocks are getting margin play. This is an important factor in PREDICTING future Margin Liquidation squeeze plays.

Now how we go about getting daily margin information is tricky.

Today, the bears seem to be given carte blanc on short plays. . . just as we were allowed to run up any stock for the purpose of trapping as many near the high of the day. . . .I am sensing the same thing is happening this morning. . .as bears are running down at will in the pre-market. . . there are very few "wars" going on in the pre-market. And don't forget that short-sellers are required to have margin accounts to hold their short positions. . .in other words, the brokerage will only allow you to risk losing big, if he can be assured that in the end you will owe him big, too.

The morning just seems too contrived. And there is no way that I will believe that one earnings warning from an obscure company [SCI] that has little market influence is going to be the driving force of todays market.

Those on the sidelines are in for an encore of the Daily Manipulation show.
