Schiller's wrong, it doesn't work best in a declining market; it works best in a flat market. And that's a rather critical distinction>

precisely... and the other item left out was what price you sell the call for!!! But who cares right? Hell of a fraction of a % off your mortgage it's worth it... especially with all the debt j6p already has amassed. I'm afraid the 'money changers' are really beginning to live up to their historical reputation.
