If you thought the HITT Aden stamp deal was interesting, the zeolite transaction by CCCX has that one beat. It works like this:

1. Take a piece of federally owned Arizona land with no locatable mineral rights, and proclaim there are 58 million tons of zeolite under it.

2. Sell the alleged 58 million tons of still unmined zeolite to Unicorp Inc. (AXZP) for $10 million in stock, from a corporation you established in Belize.

3. Wait two years, and resell that exact same 58 million tons to CCCX, this time for $11 million in stock.

As a topper, have Roger Neal issue a false and misleading press release implying zeolite itself was purchased (as opposed to the mineral rights to land from which you are prohibited from even mining zeolite), and that this "asset" will now help qualify you for a NASDAQ listing.

If anyone cares to know more, you can read my detailed posts about this on the RB CCCX thread: ragingbull.altavista.com
