Wajadooo You are out of touch with the world economy. No wonder you are bitter about your loser dead-end lifestyle. It's mandantory. It was mandantory at the last company I worked for too. We are entering a global economy and diversity is not only important,it is essential. About 1/4 of the people I work with have been in the U.S. for 5 years or less. Another half are hispanic, black, jew, american indian, or other people you thought didn't matter to the economy. The lilly white, aryan folks make up only about 1/3 of the workforce. Before you start to think this is unusual let me tell you, it's not!. This is the new economy, I've been living it for a decade in a half dozen high tech companies. Know, while you sit in your cave and think the good-ol'-boys will prevail forever, that the world is moving toward those who can get along. Pass your ideas along and your grandchildren will be serving curry burgers to the movers and shakers of the next generation. TP
