1. Capellas has alluded to shortages before. Shortages add to the uncertainty about meeting sales goals. As added input to your point about alternate PC devices, this complicates the parts shortage.

2. Ironically, Bank of America reiterated a "strong buy" on CPQ. I guess they're going to get their Celeron and PIII orders, and others aren't.:)

With all this uncertainty added to the investor mix it is surprising Intel is still sitting at such a high PE.
