As I said, I don't care what Duh worshippers think. What matters is what the independents think. And they think that Duh is doing everything he can, to chicken out. That's it. End of discussion!

Dubya has not done well in the debate debate. It is abundantly clear he is dodging debates where he can't control and limit the format, and the sophistry of his campaign and supporters hasn't at all spun the public away from the obvious. The Gore campaign, however, was also caught flat-footed on this. A little bit of PR jujitsu and they could have been pushing five debates (the commission's three and Bush's two extra) instead of arguing whose three debates.
