Ooops, looks like I forgot to mention one of the things i'm superstitious about and that will bring me out of retirement, is scummy, lying, Cayman Island dwelling, stock touts running their mouths. Of course I didn't need to list that as something that would bring my presence back since it's been obvious for over a year now. As i've posted before, there's ZERO doubt that any and all improperly labeled "basher" would have left ZSUN to die a slow death on it's own, as far back as May-June 1999, if it wasn't for Francois's constant lie filled touting post. Well as a goodby present to myself i'm going to dissect one more of his POS post, using my scalpel of truth and bone saw of justice.

Sooo typical. A little name calling, a wild claim, then no backing up the claim. You'll notice most of what Francois posts has nothing to do with me.
1. ) A Group of Scavenging Shorters, one day set their sights on ZSUN, because it was a promising Company and its price had risen too FAST for their tastes... They swooped down on the Threads and began to BASH at leisure, calling the Company a SCAM and the Officers CROOKS. Messages such as this (by one of the soon-to-be defendants) began to appear and a lot worse, including threats of a sexual nature made against the wife and daughter of the CEO, Mr Tony Tobin....
Who was right Francois? Were you right when you talked about how great ZSUN was going to be in Asia, etc. or was the ZSUN8 right when they questioned the viability of the business, pointed out that the stock was closely tied to overseas boiler rooms and unsavory people? See recent WSJ

When Trader14U said they were giving money away, was he not right? Did the stock not come crashing down while you continued to tell everyone it was a great buy and even the same day as his post you put a ridiculous $100 price target on it?

As for your claim of a threat of a sexual nature being made against a mans wife, and especially his little girl, only a true sexual deviant would ever take the message in that way. 2) ZSUN decided to take legal action, because "I told them to do so", according to the Shorters... It's a well known fact I run ZSUN single-handed and a Lawsuit was filed, like many others in similar circumstances, against Bashing Shorters...

I think my post you're replying to makes a pretty good case that you had a lot to do with the lawsuit taking place, and also to it's contents. There's also Mark Harris telling Bear Down all about your involvement. Here's another example of how closely tied you were(but no longer, obviously) to ZSUN.

The short position was estimated to be well in excess of 4 Millions shares, at one point in time...
3. You were contacted because you were so easy to use by both the ZSUN8 and ZSUN. You were their puppet when it came to leaking info., and you were the ZSUN8's when it came time for talking to ZSUN. Both sides knew that with your ego you'd be more than happy to do their bidding just to feel needed and a part of things. You were played all around for the sucker you are. Get over it, and get used to it, cuz it will happen again, just not by the same people. We weren't the first and we won't be the last.

First, who is "we?" Got a Cayman mouse in your pocket? Second, so someone posts on Raging Bull and claims to have a large position and to have been contacted by FAHN and you take that as fact? What proof besides that post did you have? Third, how did you estimate the short position to be in excess of 4mm shares? People have been asking you since day one to substantiate these wild claims and yet you never have. Keep in mind this was all mid to late last summer. If so many shares were short in such a small float then why didn't the stock go way up in a big squeeze? Instead it's largely traded down, so if anyone was short that much they made a fortune, while if anyone listened to you they lost a fortune. As usual.

4 Your point? There's nothing wrong with Auric or any short uncovering facts harmful to ZSUN, shorting the stock, then posting the facts, passing it to the authorities or the press. It's no different than someone finding something good about a stock, buying the stock, then posting the good thing. Longs hope for a company to go up and up and up, shorts want it to die. So what? Should I point out your posts that says "ZSUN sucks" that you later tried to explain away?

6) Alpine Sleuth Episode: After spending a substantial amount of time trying to resolve the Lawsuit problem, Alpine Sleuth, a co-defendant, contacted me, asking for help, which I promptly provided... In fact, I counted some 36 e-mails I wrote to him trying to resolve his problem, not counting the other e-mails sent to ZSUN... He was claiming that a certain Company having connections to ZSUN owed him a sum of money... Through my intervention, payment of about one third of the claimed amount, or some $65,000 (from memory) were made to him... Unfortunately, the relationship broke down and he didn't receive the rest... Nevertheless, after all the time and effort I put in to help him, here is the post I read, one day recently....

Francois who stabbed who in the back? After all did you not swear an affidavit against Alpinesleuth and the other ZSUN8 in court? Did you really expect him to keep your emails private after that? Besides from what I hear from George your emails would be public record anyway if the case went to trial or even a hearing on Floyd's restraining order happens, as they will be used to discredit your affidavit.
Again my apologies if this posts causes all settlement talks to break down, but like it has always been, you muzzle your pet and you won't have me breaking out the pepper spray when it starts to hike his leg on my lawn.
