A nagging voice in my head keeps telling me that bears can be at serious risk even in the event of a collapse. Moratoriums can be effected on exchanges; transactions can be invalidated; many unimaginables can become reality. The power to do things lies within the hands of the powerful. Well, all of the above may seem absolutely preposterous. But when I witness what has occurred over the years, it appears that momentum belongs to the 'Dark Side'(government and its movers). Is my nagging voice a bit of paranoia that needs to be subdued? Ah well, I think that I'm at least reasonably sane in some areas. At least I hope so.-g- R
