Timna comes with a PC133 "translator" to make it price competitive. Duron smothers Celeron. What makes you think Timna will be 20% faster than Celeron at the same clock speed? And if you do think Timna is a lot faster than Celeron, why is Intel continuing to make the Celeron next year?

" Are you aware that Intel delayed Timna for at least 8 months so they could port it to SDRAM because Rambus was too expensive? In this game, because of moving targets, a delay like that can be as good as a cancelation. If you think about it...Timna could very well be DOA...Intel would be best served to can it now, IMHO...
