ZIXI's latest filing basically says they can't peddle ZixCharge while the suit is hanging there. The key issue is all the major players - AMEX, MC, etc. signing up other security providers for their systems in the meantime. What will be left for ZIXI (I know, Ricky can tell us how ZIXI will eventually get ALL those deals because they have TECHNOLOGY)? A couple of free Slurpees, that's my bet. Cook better have some major league rabbits in his hat for the meeting on 9/20. Otherwise they will be able to use a riding lawnmower on his backside for all the grass growing there. Users and revenues - can't get around it!
