Dear David: I saw that too but it wasnt misleading. What is misleading is how the market manipulators are USING That to take money out of unsuspecting pockets. Think about it, what is the oil shortfall? 2-3% of barrels pumped. Who is REALLY going to be effected? Industrialized nations or 3rd World Nations? Most POWER in this nation where large companies need power is from long term contracts plus Coal still supplies the bulk. Plus OPEC will increase production as they fear alternative energy sources coming into play. I say again, its ALL BS. JDN
