Somebody should file charges? Who should file the criminal charges? The FBI, who lied to bolster the false case? The Federal Prosecutors, who followed the directives of the White House and DOJ? Maybe the NM State AG should file the charges, and lose all the working relations and Federal money they currently enjoy? That's the terror of the case, Charley, there's nobody to stop the abuse or to prosecute the prosecutors.

Dr Lee's attorney may file a civil suit on his behalf, but the DOJ will tie it up with both legal mumbo-jumbo and wrap it in the curtains of "executive privilage" and "national security" to the point it will be a paperwork exercise, and will never be heard as a case before a judge.

To quote a friend of mine on this thread, "how did we get to this point?" <sad g>

I notice that Clinton is expressing concern. Since he has proved extremely astute at jumping early on bandwagons, this probably means there's a lot of unexpressed concern around the country.
