barron's research report summary
(EMC-NYSE)
by Needham (94.69, Sept. 14)
Look for it to stick to its core business and not engage directly in serving as an SSP itself, at least
for now. Maintain Strong Buy and $110 price target.

JDN - good points but you have to admit that NTAP has been one unbelievable investment.

The merits of their technologies, business models, etc. have been discusses at great length, but the name of the game here (at least as far as this forum is concerned) should be making money on your investments. EMC has been tremendous in this regard, but NTAP has been even better as of late.

EMC, the company, can be the biggest, the best, and provide the highest customer satisfaction. I'll take the stock that is moving higher -- which is NTAP, for now. (Now before I get flamed -- I like both and am holding both for the long long term. I just like NTAP a little better at the moment!)
