John, Many IT people are leaving the UK as a result, and the government is now introducing measures to facilitate the entry of replacements from other countries. Computer related business is booming in England and Scotland. However, blockades of oil by well meaning citizenry could threaten this situation. I found the business conditions in England this week to be intolerable, and it made me question my long term interest in the country. Scumbria
