Jim Bryan: Yepper, keeping in mind it is rising. The formation completes itself on 9/28 at the 10810 area, using intraday "actual" data semi-log charting.

Using end of day "theoretical" data semi-log charting yields different numbers.

Jim, I agree that it will be a big negative if 10750 is broken, but I also think that it would be a big positive if it holds. It keeps us "out of diamonds" (g). I think that for this cycle, the extreme negative tick on the Naz coupled with improving trin today could signal the bottom. The Vix? I wish I knew what it meant here, I just try to remind myself that last November, the Vix was just as anemic before a major explosion up early this year.
