sylvester, RE: . He has been anti-Rambus from the very beginning and considering the negative spin that has put on Rambus for a year now, I wouldn't return his call either.

When companies have a great story to tell, they are usually eager to correct any misinformation out there.

So that means if Rambus put out a press release stating that agreements made separately with both NEC and Hitachi will continue with the new alliance after it starts 1 Jan would have no positive influence on the price of Rambus???
