Even if he didn't own AMD, there is no law or SI rule that says he can't.

There is the law of this thread. If we don't want him to post here because of all his offending posts we can vote to ban him. We did it before, we can do it again if there is a 2/3 majority.

That even flies in the face of some things that this country (USA) was founded on.

I didn't recall the USA were an anarchy. Every democracy needs some control and regulating instances otherwise it doesn't function. Why do you post on SI and not on Yahoo? Yahoo is the message board equivalent of your definition of democracy and free speech. Democracy doesn't work that way.
