No, I don't know if this is the EURO bottom or only the 3/4 point. I really see problems for the whole Euro Union thing, the b/s that they had with a properly elected Austrian official is just one example of how the whole thing will unravel in time. I mean meddling like they did is outrageous.

However, I may cash out of the short position I have in the EURO, because I do think the easy money has been made already. But I don't know exactley where it will turn around. Maybe it won't for awhile, moving sideways. I sure would not want to have a business over there and have to settle currency accounts with it.

BTW, what are the European growth markets you see? When I want to play a whole country, I use ishares, traded on the Amex. The Germany symbol is EWG. ishares.com
Check them out, they are interesting & liquid.
They, (EWG) hit a new low today, btw. (You can also short them)

In Europe, I usually do well with Swiss & Italian companies, picked individually.
