Hi Barry... The complaint says within 20 days from being served the summons. If the papers were served on Aug. 28th and allowing for Labor Day the 20th day would be Monday, Sept. 25th. If the papers were served Aug 29th, then they would have to file by Tues, Sept. 26th. That's my understanding.

Barry, We could be wrong. "once_a_lawyer" guy on Yahoo says it's 20 days after serving date and includes weekends and holidays, and he goes on to cite the law. Also that Rambus can ask for extension of time. Another poster quoted a RAMBUS VP saying the reply would be made early this coming week.
