Hey thread, wake up will you? I'm trying to tell people something important, but no one seems interested.

Read my previous post and then read this! This could be HUGE!

<<Williams Communications has been trying out these concepts in a network, linking sites in Alabama and Mississippi>>
ummmm...ANYTHING is better than two rusty tin cans and string! <G>

CHARLOTTE'S WEB + SYCAMORE + WILLIAMS:

Sector, thanks for reminding us about this. I would imagine that what we will see out of the association of these companies is AT LEAST:

-- Sycamore buying the CW product and relabelling it as
a Sycamore product for their customers

-- Williams qualifying the product fully integrated with
THEIR network and offering turnkey systems to their
customers

From my non-scientific viewpoint, the MRV investment in CW
could very easily justify the present price of MRV ALONE.
But we all know that there is MUCH more than that.....!

For example, the pre-market price now shows at $55.75, so
I guess that is a sign that the Investor's Business Daily
article about Luminent is getting read.....!

Best wishes,
Jim

Sector: It was the Williams link which brought me to MRVC initially. To me it's clear exactly where they're going over the next few years. And it makes imminent sense. I bought a secondary amount of MRVC yesterday after the very well coordinated short attack was underway.

I have to say the assault was impressive in its "debue" if not its ultimate execution. And oh how the mighty have fallen. Ten years ago Barrons was a "rag" worth reading. These days it seems to have become a staging point for such attacks as occurred to MRVC yesterday. I've seen it time and time again in recent years. And not just from the shortie perspective, either.

So it goes. Time changes all images and rules it seems, eh? ;-)

But I digress. I'm in agreement with you where Williams, MRVC, et.al., are concerned. So I'm down with a speculative core holding.

Now let's see how it goes.
