Do you think that the houses' upgrades to various chip, fiber, and other techs, are their signal that this level is the new bottom?

Or is it possible that they are trying to get their folks out of these positions as they sell into upward pressure?

Is Qualcomm on radar screens?

If my Q Jan175's in my IRA recover, I will simply be floored. They went from 1/8 to 1/2 yesterday. (Q is up over 5 today.) I have 30 of those ill recycled papers, Tom. Help me set a selling plan! OK? Every little bit counts, mi amigo. The formerly mighty Q is getting set for a "green October" into earnings. But Jim thinks there is terrible resistance at 80. What's your take?
