Question, are the tax payers of the British crown regarded as subjects or citizens? And, we as market players need to seriously consider the effect and fallout on stocks of an Albert Gore president.

As for the market discounting a Gore presidency... I think that's now happening... The surprise will be the more business friendly Gore if he gets into office... All this populism was part of a plan to separate himself from Clinton... A Democratic President with a Republican controlled Congress will continue the gridlock which seems to be good for the country... : >

The NDX is now 100 points shy of that 3811 trendline target... Looks like we'll see 3490 before we see 3811...
