Bob, answer your own question. Why wouldn't Bear Sterns want to do a straight deal now with the stock price "so low" according to you? What's the only reason for Bear Sterns to do the type of deal they did?

Answer that question and you answer g*'s problems.

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Sept. 20 /CNW/ - Globalstar Canada, a satellite-based telecommunications system, today announced extended roaming coverage in Australia and South America and expanded service coverage in parts of the Caribbean, Alaska, and the North Atlantic including southern Greenland and Iceland.
